Spyvers is a SaaS platform for advertising analysis that allows users to search, analyze, and save publicly available ads from Meta's Ad Library.

Current prices are displayed on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are non-refundable for any subscription period that has already started. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
We may change pricing at any time. If changes materially affect your subscription, you will be notified in advance and may cancel before the new price takes effect.

The Service, its software, interface, and original content are owned by Spyvers and protected by intellectual property laws.
Advertising data displayed in the Service originates from third-party platforms and remains the property of the respective advertisers. Spyvers makes no ownership claims to such data.
The Service provides aggregated and publicly available advertising data for informational purposes only.

Spyvers shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to platform changes, technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by Swedish general courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
